We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for selling our payment gateway service to online merchants and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospects by conducting market research, cold calling, emailing, and networking
- Contact potential customers and present the benefits and features of our payment gateway service
- Demonstrate our payment gateway service using online demos and webinars
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback and insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role in the payment industry
- Knowledge of payment gateway services, e-commerce platforms, and online payment methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Preferably Arabic
