Position Summary:

This position supports a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problems that vary between projects and includes long-term project efforts. You'll provide Open-Source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a current security clearance.

Duties:

  • Orchestrate a program level OSINT program.
  • Support risk assessments across a wide range of topics, including transnational and critical infrastructure threats, military capabilities, leadership intentions, and threat networks.
  • Research open-source data and determines as pertinent or non-pertinent to mission requirements.
  • Participates in analytical meetings or conferences with team members.
  • Drafts product reports.
  • Prepares and updates databases of collected source material.
  • Works as part of a multi-intelligence discipline team providing OSINT expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess current Secret or Top-Secret clearance eligibility.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) experience.
  • Must be Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, CASO, OBC, defense or IC equivalent (DIA OS1, FBI OS101))
  • Familiarity with Commercial and JWICS OSINT Tools and databases.
  • Intelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
  • Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis.
  • Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional digital platforms.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Counterintelligence or Counterintelligence Analysis background
  • Foreign language capabilities
  • Completion of other Media Analysis Courses
  • Strong knowledge of politics, foreign policy, military, and trending threats within the assigned area of responsibility (AOR)
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases
