*OIL&GAS SYSTEM COMPLETION ENGINEER (ELE)
Qualifications
-locally available in Doha for immediate joining with valid QID & NOC
-with 10 years experience as System Completion Engineer (ELE)
-Proven experience in execution of offshore compression plants systematization, boundaries division and electrical logic start‐up sequency.
-Willing to be mobilized in China during fabrication period and Offshore.
-Proven experience in develop subsystem boundaries using smart plant tools.
-Proven experience in black start maneuvers, PMS integration, HV/MV/LV commissioning, start‐up and operation.
- Knowledge in relay parametrization, interlock and IEC network test been capable to troubleshoot and fine tune relay parameter during commissioning tests, without vendor assistance.
- Proven experience in test and certification of helideck electrical related systems. -Proven knowledge of GTG performance tests procedure preparation with load bank/real time consumers in minimal load/full load and site execution of commissioning activities, start‐up and operation.
-Proven knowledge of Diesel generator performance tests procedure preparation with load bank/real-time consumers in minimal load/full load and site execution of commissioning activities, start‐up and operation.
-Proven knowledge in UPS maneuvers and battery discharge test.
-Proven experience in FAT witnessing, report preparation and factory completion inspection.
