As a Real Estate Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our properties through captivating visual content. *Responsibilities:*
- Photograph interior and exterior shots of residential and commercial properties.
- Capture the unique features and highlights of each property to create compelling visuals.
- Ensure high-quality, well-composed images that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Use advanced photography techniques and equipment to produce outstanding results.
- Record Videos , Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and accuracy.
- Collaborate with our real estate agents and marketing team to fulfill photography requirements.
- Manage your photography schedule efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography.
*Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer or a strong portfolio of real estate photography work.
- Proficiency in using professional-grade cameras, lenses, and photography equipment.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software(e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, adobe premiere ).
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to various property locations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying shooting schedules, including weekends.
- Record videos and make edits and upload all the company’s social media platforms
