Functional Consultant - HRMS (Oracle R12 EBS)


 
  • Functional experience in Oracle HRMS Modules in EBS R12
  • Good functional experience in Oracle HRMS modules - Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, I-Recruitment, Succession Planning & Talent Management.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development.
  • Expertise in configuring the setups, scripting fast formulas in the above mentioned modules.
  • Good knowledge in creating the various functional documentations independently.
  • Ability to provide end user training on all modules and educating them of the best practices.

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR domain with IT background
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Must have experience in completing at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects in HRMS modules.
  • Good technical experience in developing forms, reports, alerts, workflows, interfaces,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be an expertise in creating test scripts as well as performing application test.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
