As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships
with prospective clients, promoting our HR application, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to articulate the value of our solution to potential clients.
· Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and target new business opportunities in the HR sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
-Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HR application.
Effectively communicate how our solution can address the specific needs of potential clients.
-Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR challenges and provide tailored solutions.
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
· Qualifications and Requirements:
-Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in HR technology.
-In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry trends.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
